All drop off and pick ups will be meeting @CBC campus

For Sunday:
     > Non-hosthome Meet with vans at 9:15 at CBC for a ride to Camp Guilrock, if you'd like to drive there, that works too, just text Will!
     > Our return time from Guilrock may not be precise, so watch your phone for text updates.

🚨If you have a tight schedule Sunday, consider texting Will to pick up your youth at Camp Guilrock.

Schedule

If your church is not providing hosthomes, or you do not wish to stay overnight,
use this schedule for drop-off and pick-up.
Location: Community Baptist Church

  • Friday Registration from 6:15-6:45, 11:30 pick-up (Activities: Late night fun at Partee Shack, session 1, theme night)
  • Saturday 9:45-10:00 drop-off, 9:30 pick-up (Activities: Service project, breakout groups, after party)
  • Sunday 9:15 meet up with vans for ride to Guilrock, 2:30ish pick-up (Activities: Camp Guilrock, cookout, amazing race 2.0, outdoor worship at camp)

 

💵Extra Money

While all meals are included and hosthomes have snacks, below are a list of optional things you could bring money for:

👉$15 Buy a late order RESET shirt 👕(if you signed up late and missed the first order)

👉$10 to Pay for shirts 👕 or kart racing 🏎️ (if you talked with Will and got your order in but still need to pay)

👉$20 For Kart racing* 🏁 ($20 for LATE sign ups, High School only)

👉Purchase extra food at Partee Shack 🍔

🏎️Kart racers: Sign waivers!

If you are in High School and paid for a Kart race you MUST sign online waiver for your youth to race

☔Come Ready for Rainy Weather!

We are very likely getting rain, as such please consider bringing a rain layer.

What to Bring
  • Clothes for the weekend to be comfortable and active, indoors and outdoors.
  • Closed toe shoes are required for service projects on Saturday.
  • $5-10 if a youth wants an extra snack. $15 for late t-shirt orders
  • Bible! electronic or in print
  • Water bottle
  • Sleeping bag, pillow, etc.
  • Jacket for cool weather outdoors. Sunday especially we will be outdoors.
  • Optional: Dress up night will be Friday night. THEME: CAMO or FISHING!
