If your church is not providing hosthomes, or you do not wish to stay overnight,
use this schedule for drop-off and pick-up.
Location: Community Baptist Church

  • Friday Registration from 6:00-6:45 Parents must sign in their youth, 11:15 pick-up if not staying at hosthome (Activities: Late night fun at Uptown Pinball, session 1, theme night)

  • Saturday 9:10-9:30am drop-off, 9:30pm pick-up if not staying at hosthome (Activities: Service project, breakout groups, after party)

  • Sunday 9:15 meet up at CBC, 10:30 pick-up (Activities: Breakfast, Worship, session 4, games...)

💵Extra Money

While all meals are included and hosthomes have snacks, below are a list of optional things you could bring money for:

We have several outdoor activities. Please dress appropriately for the weather.

Friday Theme Night: Costume Night (no horror, Gory or revealing attire)
What to Bring
  • Clothes for the weekend to be comfortable and active, indoors and outdoors.
  • Closed toe shoes are required for service projects on Saturday.
  • $5-10 if a youth wants an extra snack. 
  • Bible! electronic or in print
  • Water bottle
  • Sleeping bag, pillow, etc.
  • Jacket for cool weather outdoors. Sunday especially we will be partially outdoors.
  • Optional: Dress up night will be Friday night. THEME: Costume Party
